• Chatbot messages: the questions you type into our airport navigation chatbot, so it can respond to you.
• Photos (optional): if you choose to attach a photo — either to help our chatbot identify a landmark and give you directions, or as supporting evidence for a location survey answer — that photo is sent to our AI provider for processing. Survey-evidence photos are stored on our server, linked only to a non-identifying device code (see below), so a real traveller's answer can be reviewed if a location detail is disputed. Photos are never used for any purpose beyond improving the accuracy of our airport navigation guidance.
• A non-identifying device code: if you answer one of our in-chat location surveys (helping us verify or dispute a counter's exact location), we store a randomly generated code in your browser's local storage. This code is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal information — its only purpose is to prevent the same browser from voting on the same question more than once.
• Contact information: only if you voluntarily email us or fill in a contact form (such as your name and email address).

We do not ask for or store payment details, passport numbers, or government IDs. We are an information service and never process financial transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our airport currency exchange guidance.
• To power the chatbot's responses to your questions, including identifying a landmark if you choose to attach a photo.
• To let real travellers help confirm or correct disputed counter locations through our in-chat survey/voting system.
• To understand which airports and features are most useful, so we can improve the service.
• To respond to your enquiries if you contact us.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to understand how it is used (for example, through privacy-respecting analytics tools). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf, including:

• Live currency rate providers — to display indicative exchange rates.
• AI chatbot provider — to generate navigation responses to your questions, and to identify landmarks in any photo you choose to attach.

We keep usage and analytics data only as long as needed to improve our service. Chatbot questions and answers may be securely logged (without being linked to your name or any account) so we can understand what travellers commonly ask and improve our guidance.
